Joining the top league

I was raised in the belief that hard work pays off. Sacrifice and dedication are the only tools you need to succeed. It was true in my youth.

Through time I learn about attraction and manifestation, the power of your mind and thoughts. I deserved it, and if I want it... I can have it, quickly and with not much effort.

This caused a severe conflict within me. I didn't know what to believe, or which mindset to apply or follow. Then I realized I did not have to choose. As I got older, I got to know myself better. And eventually, l learned to find my own formula. Nowadays I put my heart and beliefs first, I imagine what I want and then I work as hard as feel I need to, in order to get it.

This motto of mine worked when I decided to join the top leagues. At the start of this year, I decided to take a jump to a big company based in Chicago, USA. In the role of a Software Engineer.

My first feeling was gratefulness. I couldn't be happier about such an achievement. And now, writing this post three months later I feel growth every single day. It's like... join the top leagues and racing with the biggest on the tracks.

Of course, sometimes overwhelming, stress, anxiety and fear follow as well. But desire, gratitude, motivation, and expectations are more powerful. Everything I have gone through and all my journey has led me to this point.

I feel honored with everybody I met and relate to the past, they push to get this far. The sensation to remember all the steps back is awesome. Now is up to me to keep pushing forward. Believing. Working. Imagining. This step is the biggest so far in my career, and I know it's just one the earliest in this new chapter of my life.

Let's see what waiting for the rest of this year, 2023. To keep making the little young Randy proud.
